- 14:00 – 17:00 Registration at the Skopje Marriott Hotel or Ibis City Centre Skopje
- 18:00 – 19:00 Welcome Reception Hosted by OEVE Macedonia and Skopje City Authorities
- 19:00 – 22:00 Opening ceremony and dinner at Marriott Hotel Skopje
Friday 01 June 2018 (Day 2 Introduction Skopje & Macedonia)
- 08:30 – 09:00 Gathering of the participants and walk to the Macedonian National Theatre (all participants wearing official uniform)
- 09:00 – 10:30 Academic session at the MNT – Macedonian National Theatre
- 10:45 – 12:30 Procession through the town and mass in the church St. Bogorodica (St. Virgin Mary)
- 12:30 – 14:00 Lunch at Old house Restaurant with Skovin winery guided wine tasting
- 14:15 – 16:30 Old town visit + Museum of Macedonian Struggle
- 16:30 – 18:30 Back to hotel – Rest/Free time
- 18:30 Leave the hotel
- 19:00 – 21:00 Dinner at Vodenica Restaurant with Bovin winery guided wine tasting
- 21:30 Back to the hotel
Saturday 02 June 2018 (Day 3 Macedonian wine tradition and the World wines in Macedonia)
- 08:00 Leave the hotel
- 09:00 – 09:45 Morning Wine Break at Chateau Sopot winery (short visit of the winery with wine tasting)
- 09:45 – 10:30 Drive to Tikvesh wine region
- 10:30 – 12:00 Visit of Tikvesh vine region, Lepovo hills and winery, wine tasting at Lepovo winery
- 12:00 – 15:00 Visit and Picnic Lunch at Tikvesh winery site, picnic lunch under tents with traditional Macedonian roasts from open fire and BBQ, Macedonian music and folklore performance
- 15:00 – 16:30 Back to Skopje
- 16:30 – 18:30 Rest/Free time
- 18:30 Departure to Ethno Village
- 19:00-22:00 Wines of the world presentation followed by dinner at Ethno Village, dinner menu and traditional Macedonian ethno food presentation by TV Kitchen star Adriana Alacki, wine by Brzanov winery
- 22:30 Back to the hotel
Sunday 03 June 2018 (Day 4 More of Macedonia and Gala Closure)
- 08:15 Leave the hotel
- 09:45 – 10:45 Visit of Villa Maria Royal Vinery with wine tasting (Winery of the King Aleksandar Karadzordzevic)
- 11:00 – 12:00 Visit of Stobi archaeological site
- 12:15 – 14:45 Visit of Stobi winery, lunch with grand testing
- 16:15 – 18:30 Rest/Free time
- 18:30 Departure to Chateau Kamnik winery
- 19:00 – 22:30 Visit of Kamnik vineyards, Enthronements, Gala Dinner and goodbye party

- 16:15 Back to hotel
- 16:15 – 17:30 Rest/Free time
- 17:30 – 18:15 Bus trip to Vevcani village
- 18:30 – 19:30 Vevcani village guided visit
- 19:30 – 21:30 Vevcani dinner at Via Ignatia restaurant with game specialities and guided wine tasting from Popov winery
- 21:30 – 22:15 Back to hotel
Tuesday 05 June 2018
- 08:30 – 08:45 Walk to the Ohrid port
- 09:00 – 11:00 Boat trip trough Ohrid lake
- 11:00 – 12:00 Visit of St Naum monastery and site
- 12:00 – 14:30 Lunch at the Restaurant Ostrovo (Ohrid lake sources) site with traditional fish menu, Lepovo winery white wines
- 14:30 – 16:00 Boat trip back to Ohrid
- 16:00 – 18:00 Free time for individual scroll trough old town and shopping
- 18:00 – 19:00 Guided visit of St Sofia church
- 19:00 – 21:30 Dinner at St Sofia Restaurant with Macedonian Vranec Master class
Wednesday 06 June 2018
- Transfer to Skopje or Thessaloniki Airports with possibility for individually tailored programme (subject of additional charge)
